Dr. Michael G. Teitel, MD is a board certified allergist who has been in private practice in New York since 1978, specializing in the treatment of allergies and asthma in both adults and children. He earned his AB degree from Columbia University and his MD degree from the New York University School of Medicine.

Residency training in Pediatrics at Bellevue Hospital / NYU Medical Center was followed by a fellowship in Allergy, Asthma and clinical Immunology at the R. A. Cooke Institute of Allergy at the St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Teitel is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the New York University School of Medicine. He has served as the Director of Allergy Services at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary for the past 30 years and is an attending staff physician at Tisch Hospital/NYU Medical Center and Beth Israel Medical Center.
